These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern work-related SMS text messages sent by Got Light through Staffinator and associated systems. By opting in to our SMS program and receiving our messages, you agree to these Terms.
Got Light sends transactional, work-related text messages to employees and contractors, including shift assignments, schedule changes, confirmations, reminders, and operational staffing updates. This is not a consumer marketing list.
You may receive SMS only if you are an authorized crew member or contractor, you have provided a valid mobile number, and you have given express consent to this SMS program before we send your first message. Consent is obtained through a clear opt-in step—for example, checking an SMS consent box when you sign in to Staffinator or when you add or update your mobile number in your account profile—or through an equivalent documented opt-in during hiring or contractor onboarding.
Checking the consent box (or completing equivalent documented opt-in) means you agree to receive transactional SMS about shift assignments, schedule changes, confirmations, reminders, and other operational staffing updates at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Frequency varies based on your schedule and operational needs. You may receive multiple messages per week during active staffing periods and fewer or none when you are not scheduled.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Got Light does not charge recipients for SMS, but carrier fees may apply.
Schedule information is provided in good faith based on our systems. Always confirm critical details through Staffinator or your manager when in doubt.
You agree not to misuse reply messages (harassment, unlawful content, or spam). We may suspend messaging to numbers that abuse the program.
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and that we do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their marketing.
Messages and the Staffinator application are provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Got Light is not liable for delays, delivery failures caused by carriers, or errors in third-party networks beyond our reasonable control.
We may update these Terms. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
